PUBLIC COMMENT
To assist the Board in conducting its meetings in a businesslike manner, please complete this audience participation form if you wish to address the Board. Public comments at board meetings are limited to 3 minutes.
 

Public comment will be limited to a total of 30 minutes per meeting. Individuals wishing to address the Board will be required to submit their request and topic at least 24 hours prior to the start of the regular business meeting. Speaking order will be based on the date/time the request is received. If there are three or more individuals requesting to speak on the same topic, we ask that responses be consolidated.

If requests to speak outnumber the time available, those Individuals not speaking will be encouraged to provide their written comments to the Board Executive Assistant for distribution after the meeting. 

The Board will not hear comments regarding any individual district staff member. Inappropriate language will not be tolerated. 

Such requests shall be submitted exclusively through our our online form.

If you wish to reach out directly to the Board, you may email your comments or concerns to board@csd28j.org. Your comments will be shared with the Board weekly.
