Annually the Centennial School District reviews Physical Restraint / Seclusion incident reports and debriefing notes submitted to the District Office for both in-district schools and out-of-district public alternative placements, in accordance with District policy JGAB-AR: Use of Restraint or Seclusion (revised and adopted most recently on June 5, 2024) and the Oregon Department of Education guidance.
