How to Provide COVID-19 Vaccine Information
For students who’ve received the COVID-19 vaccine, parents can:
- Provide this information through ParentVUE via the online registration/verification (see instructions below),
- Email your child’s school office secretary, or
- Bring a copy to your child’s school.
To input the COVID-19 vaccination information into ParentVUE:
If parents have already completed the online registration/verification process for your child:
First, login to ParentVue
Via the app:
- Login in via the app
- Click on student name
- Click on health
- Click in immunizations
- Click on immunization you would like to update and enter dates of vaccinations
Via your computer:
- Login in via the app
- Click on health
- Click in immunizations
- Click on immunization you would like to update and enter dates of vaccinations
For parents that haven't completed online verification for their student(s), follow the steps outlined here.
