Centennial School District 28j

Collaborating in Community - Cultivating Equity - Inspiring Excellence

Roadmap '27 Overview

Roadmap

The Centennial School District’s Roadmap '27 was developed during a months-long process throughout the 2022-2023 school year. Its primary aim is to align all stakeholders in a shared vision, common goals, and unified direction for our District’s educational efforts over a four-year period.

Community-wide engagement was vital to the strategic planning process. Thanks to the diverse voices and perspectives of our students, parents, staff, and community members, their vision, hopes, and dreams for students are captured in Centennial's Roadmap '27 strategic plan.

The strategic planning process also aligned with the Oregon Department of Education Integrated Guidance Plan.

As an accompanying part of the strategic planning process, the District conducted a comprehensive Equity Audit at the District, department, and school levels to assess the extent of equitable access, opportunity, and outcomes for our students to remove barriers and plan for improvement.

Between the Equity Audit and the Strategic Planning processes, 3,829 voices informed our plan, which can be found to the right. You can also learn more about Centennial’s long-term priorities, goals, measures, and our engagement process within the resources on this page.

On behalf of the Centennial School District students, staff, community, and school board, please join us in this important work as we lift all students, every day!
