211info is a private, community-based nonprofit organization funded by state and municipal contracts, foundations, donations, and community partners in Oregon and Southwest Washington. 211info serves Clark, Cowlitz, Skamania, and Wahkiakum counties in Washington and the entire of State of Oregon. 211info empowers Oregon and Southwest Washington communities by helping people identify, navigate, and connect with the local resources they need.

Habitat for Humanity - Portland/Metro East
Habitat for Humanity Portland Region believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to have a stable and healthy place to call home. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. Founded in 1981, Habitat for Humanity is invested in creating a region where everyone can build a better life.
Head Start - Mt. Hood Community College Child Development and Family Support
Mt. Hood Community College Head Start and Early Head Start serves low-income families with young children who live in East Multnomah County, including the Parkrose, David Douglas, Centennial, Gresham-Barlow, Reynolds, and Corbett school districts. Certain programs are offered to working parents and parents who are MHCC students.

Migrant Education - Through MESD
The goal of the Migrant Education Program is to ensure that all migrant students reach challenging academic standards and graduate with a high school diploma (or complete a GED) that prepares them for responsible citizenship, further learning, and productive employment.

Multnomah Education Service District (MESD)
An Education Service District (ESD) is a regional educational support agency that provides various services to school districts within a specific geographic area. ESDs work to provide their partner school districts with a wide array of educational programs and services, many of which are too costly or limited in demand for a single location. By coordinating a program or service among multiple districts, ESDs are able to moderate costs and ensure that all schools, regardless of size or resources, have access to high-quality services and programs that can help improve student outcomes.

Oregon Food Bank
Provides access to nutritious food for all. The Oregon Food Bank collects and distributes food across Oregon and Southwest Washington, helping ensure free food is available to everyone experiencing food insecurity — especially those disproportionately harmed by unfair systems rooted in racism, classism and sexism.

PlayWorks
PlayWorks builds a culture of play that enables kids to feel a real sense of belonging. Partnering with teachers, principals, and parents, they make sure kids have the opportunity to contribute on the playground, in the classroom, and in our community.
REAP
REAP provides year-round leadership development programs targeting low-income and culturally diverse youth, designed to break cycles of educational inequity and create avenues to college and career. REAP accomplishes this through promoting positive school and community engagement, fostering civic involvement, developing leadership potential, cooperative management (conflict resolution), and encouraging innovative entrepreneurial thinking.
Rosewood Initiative
The Rosewood Initiative is a place-based nonprofit located in East Portland, Oregon that has been implementing neighbor-led strategies since 2009. They believe everyone deserves a safe, amenity rich neighborhood, giving them more self determination over their own lives.
As a community anchor, The Rosewood Initiative fosters community building and serves as a resource hub for East Portlanders most impacted by systemic exclusion. The organization strives to improve access to support systems that foster economic stability and upward mobility, health and wellness, and community resilience across East Portland neighborhoods.

SnowCap Community Charisties is a philanthropic organization created to provide food, clothing, advocacy, and other services to neighbors in need.
Student Health Center
Multnomah County Health Department partners with Centennial School District to provide high-quality phyisical and mental health care at Centennial High School. The Centennial Student Health Center is like having a regular doctor’s office at school. We serve all K-12 Multnomah County students (ages 5 to 19) with or without insurance, and there are no out-of-pocket costs for services. We welcome all colors, all genders, all sizes, and all cultures regardless of immigration status. Call 503-988-5488 to schedule a visit.
