Centennial School District 28j

The Centennial and CEA bargaining teams met on March 17, 2025 for their fourth bargaining session. The District finished making opening proposals, and the parties exchanged counter proposals on other articles. 

The District made the following proposals:

• Article 11 – Calendar and Workday
• Article 13 - Instruction
• Article 14 – Professional Development
• Article 15 – Every Student Succeeds Act
• Article 16 – Compensation
• Article 17 – Insurance
• Article 19 – Paid Leaves of Absence.
• Article 22 – Duration of Agreement

The parties also exchanged counter proposals on the following articles:

• Article 2 – Grievance Procedures
• Article 4 – Association/Council Rights
• Article 5 – Employee Rights
• Article 8 – Assignment, Vacancies, & Transfers

Next Session

The next session will take place on April 7, 2025 from 9:00-5:00 p.m. in the Centennial District Office and is open to licensed and administrative staff.
