Notifications of Immigration Activity On/Near Campus
In compliance with Oregon House Bill 4079, the Centennial School District will provide notifications when a federal immigration authority is confirmed to have entered school property for immigration enforecement. We will additionally share notifications when verified immigration activity is close enough to a campus to interrupt school operations. These notifications will be provided to staff, parents/caregivers, and students in grades 9-12 at the impacted locations, as well as itinerant staff at the District level.
As per House Bill 4079, community-based service providers may also elect to receive notice when a federal immigration authority is confirmed to be on school property. If you are a community-based service provider or a resident of the Centennial community who would like to enroll to receive our immigration activity notifications, please contact christine_andregg@csd28j.org for assistance.
