The Centennial and CEA bargaining teams met on September 15, 2025, for their eleventh bargaining session. 

At the September 15 bargaining session, the parties reached a tentative agreement on the following Articles:

• Article 4 – Association/Council Rights
• Article 6 – Personnel Files
• Article 9 – Employee Evaluation
• Article 14 – Professional Development

CSD made the following proposals:

• Article 12 – Workload
• Article 16 – Compensation
• Article 15 – Every Student Succeeds Act
  • CSD withdrew its proposal to move forward in negotiations.
• Article 17 – Insurance
• Appendix C – Extra Duty Schedule

The following articles also remain open but were not addressed at the last session:

• Article 5 – Employee Rights
