Centennial School District 28J

The Centennial and CEA bargaining teams met on May 5, 2025, for their seventh bargaining session. 

CEA provided the following counterproposals:

• Article 5 – Employee Rights – CEA largely maintained its proposal they originally presented on March 3.
• Article 12 – Workload – CEA largely maintained its original proposal to provide extra pay for educators responsible for 4 or more unique course preparations, class size limits, and caseload limits. CEA slightly reduced some of the thresholds.  
• Article 17 – Insurance

The District gave a counterproposal on Article 19 – Paid Leave of Absence. 

Next Session:

The next session will take place on May 19, 2025 from 9:00-5:00 p.m. in the Centennial District Office and is open to licensed and administrative staff.
