The Centennial and CEA bargaining teams met on October 20, 2025, the fourteenth bargaining session.

Tentative Agreement

• Article 13 – Instruction, which includes updating language to a more student-focused approach for classroom management.

CEA made proposals on the following articles: 

• Article 12 – Workload
• Article 16 – Compensation
• Article 17 – Insurance
• Appendix C – Extra Duty Schedule
• Appendix E – MOA regarding Class Size, Caseload

The District made the following proposals:

• Appendix E – MOA regarding Class Size, Caseload

A significant portion of the bargaining session was focused on discussing respective economic positions in bargaining, approaches to costing our wage proposals, and positions on comparing CSD pay with competing districts.
