Due to COVID 19 restrictions and the Oregon Department of Education guidelines, the Centennial School District is following social distancing guidelines and will be delaying Early Entrance testing at this time. When more information is communicated to districts by the state regarding contact with students/families, the district will create a timeline of when testing may resume. This will align with when in-person learning begins, hopefully in the fall of the 2020-21 school year. May 1st, 2020 was the deadline for submitting applications in order to use Centennial School District-provided testing services.
A child entering kindergarten during the fall term shall be considered to be five years of age if the fifth birthday of the child occurs on or before September 1
