If a Centennial School District parent/guardian, student, staff member or any person residing in the district wishes to express a complaint, they have the right to petition the district in writing with the complaint. Complaints will be referred through the proper administrative channels for resolution.
Anyone desiring to express a concern is encouraged to first discuss the matter with the school employee involved. If after doing so they feel the issue is not resolved, they are asked to present their concern in writing to the building administrator for resolution.
To aid in this process, the links to the Centennial School District’s Public Complaints policy, Complaint Procedures form, and the administrative regulation for an Appeal to the Deputy Superintendent of Public Instruction for the State of Oregon are provided below.
